It is understood that Events To Go, Inc. is the exclusive provider retained to perform the services requested on any contract we take a deposit/payment on.
No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. The Company reserves the right to hire Outside Contractors & use the images for display,
publication or other purposes. Images and previews remain the exclusive property of Events To Go, Inc. These outside contractors are to be held responsible
for their own actions to the client and not Events To Go, Inc.  If they fail to perform as contracted they are 100% liable for the refund of services they were to
perform and not Events To Go, Inc. In the event of a postponement or cancellations of the event, all deposits/payments  already paid are non refundable,
but are 100% transferable to future dates.  NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce our video or photographs elsewhere without
Events To Go, Inc. permission, and the violators of this Federal Law will be subject to it’s civil and criminal penalties.
